This price reflects the Elevation Certificate fee for a SINGLE RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURE.
Elevation Certificates will take anywhere from 5 to 20 business days depending on the surveyors schedule and the property owners availability to allow site access. You will be contacted by the surveyor at the phone number provided on this order within 2 business days to schedule the site visit. From the day the surveyor is on site it will be another 2-5 business days before you receive the fully executed document.
Please call for a quote before placing orders for Elevation Certificates involving multiple structures or commercial properties.
